MODIFIED HOFFMANN KILN

Capacity: 43,000 standard size bricks per day
Fuel: Coal: minimum 4500 Kcal Kg.

Description: This kiln is constructed above the ground level having specially designed gets for loading and unloading wet and dry bricks by fork cars / three wheelers / wheel barrows / manually by head load.

Kiln, Bricks, Sand, Stone chips, Stone chips, Cement, Rod, Rod Binding wire, Masonry charges.

MECHANISED COAL FEEDING

Under this system of mechanised coal feeding the size of the coal would be 5mm. and down so that ordinary hammer mill can be used. Since the coal feeding is fully mechanised as per the pre-determined and calculated heat generation, the consumption of fuel goes down upto 25% of the consumption in the coal by the traditional trench kilns. The rise and fall the temperature can be recorded if desired.

Special system for pollution control

Under the modified hoffmann kiln the emission of unburnt carbon, shoots, and injurious gases are reduced much below the permissable limits. Even the emission from the stack / chimney is recycled via drying chambers through special steel pipes under special technology by which the waste heat is utilise for drying wet bricks and the shoots, unburnt coal ash are recycled by mixing with the clay through processing machinery.

TUNNEL KILN

Structural steel fabricated kiln structure complete with supporting arrangement for roof bricks along the entire length of the kiln along with structural for platforms, ladders, ducting, doors etc. Fabricated kiln cars complete with wheels and axles. Fabricated transfer cars complete with hydraulic pulling, pushing and travel facilities along with wheels, axles etc. One set of rails and sleepers for kiln, return track, repair track etc as per layout. Hydraulic pusher for kiln. Door lifting mechanism. Refractory and Insulating materials including the outer red brick for cladding along with hea5 resistant anchors, mortars etc. Self supporting Chimney. Air handling fans. Fuel burners complete with control facilities for individual burners along with pipeline. Control Panel complete with necessary switchgear and SCADA Control system including total cable work. Return track auto Haulage facility for Kiln cars.
