Automated Brick Handling System

WET DRY BRICK HANDLING SYSTEM

After the extruded brick is cut through against the Automatic Chain Cutter, to obtain the desired dimension of the bricks, the green bricks are transported by a conveyor to a particular place from where the green bricks will be unloaded manually from the conveyor and then this green bricks are to be loaded on the tray pallets and then this pallets loaded with bricks will be taken by a Fork Car for transporting them to the chamber dryer for artificial drying. After the bricks have been dried, they are unloaded from the dryer by the Fork car. The Fork car unloads the fired bricks to the kiln manually. Subsequently the Pallets and bricks are destalked and separated manually. The Pallets are taken back to the green bricks loading station manually.
